What Does a Computer Technician Do?

Computer Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and software. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within an organization. 

Key responsibilities may include: 

  • Hardware Installation & Repair: Installing, upgrading, and repairing computer components (e.g., motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives).

  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
